St. Gemma's Hospice

St Gemma's is a major provider of specialist palliative care and plays a key role in educating both health care professionals and the general public regarding the principles and philosophy of hospice care.

St Gemma's Hospice was opened in 1978 in Moortown, Leeds. It is the largest hospice in West Yorkshire and the fourth largest in England. We provide specialist medical and nursing care for people with life threatening illnesses, predominantly cancer, along with support for their families.
